Japan Product Manager
職務内容
Person will be responsible for operating company's first social mobile games in Japan. Operate online and social games effectively to maximize profitability without sacrificing an immersive, quality player experience, which includes:
- Communicate with platform partners to ensure we are aware of any upcoming changes to the service.
- Communicate with platform partners to ensure their prompt response to enquiries such as bug fixes and feature requests.
- Assist in calculating and adjusting the prices of in-game items and monitor the in-game economy to maximize monetization.
- Assist users who are having difficulties with our game and provide support by answering their queries in a timely manner.
- Identify and suggest improvements or new features to facilitate more efficient or profitable operations.
- Write requirements for any operations tools required for successful operation.
- Participate in design reviews for new and upcoming releases.
Person has to be:
- 2-4 years experience in online game operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Passion for creating fun and compelling user experiences.
- Strong communication skills, able to work with members with international backgrounds.
- Strong language skills including native Japanese and fluent in either Chinese or English a must.
- Understand the importance of user experience and be able to answer a user’s question with satisfactory result.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience operating online or social titles a strong plus.
