BMES have completed the first step in a company-wide initiative to aid professionals to evaluate themselves to increase match efficiencies when looking into new career opportunities. The Professional Services Team, led by Scott Wallace, has launched their team’s Candidate Self Evaluation Forms with great success and candidate satisfaction. Employers have also commented on the thoroughness and quality of information they receive when being introduced to professionals via Boyd & Moore.
