1.  Supply Planning:

• Sales, in coordination with the Marketing & Finance team, and orders from the manufacturers to create a Supply Plan in future decision-based sales forecasts and demand planning.
• Analysis of the availability of manufacturer-delivery confirmation, following the manufacturer is very important.
• Support for products in short supply and emergency stock.
• Manage subcontractors - control and negotiate with companies that have outsourced routine tasks.

2.  Inventory Management Services:

• Management Phase in/Phase out product - Automatic Reset (inventory management and waste reduction and focus to prevent delay in the introduction).
• Loan-stock (Field Inventory) Management - A proposal adn its effective use to contact SLS/MKT for upcoming expiration of the product used (waste reduction and quality control).
• Responding to queries from the lead-customer service - SLS/MKT for customer satisfaction.

3.  Operating Efficiencies above:

• Techniques -  Iri-Lean Sigma while a balance of resolution and optimization of the Inventory Back Order, Planning existing processes to improve the efficiency of inventory management.

Required Qualifications: Knowledge/Education

• 4 yr. University Degree
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
• Basic knowledge of import clearance (preferred)

Job Experience:

• Analysis of stock, business administration, more than 2 years experience or equivelant work experience.
• Medical industry knowledge (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills across different divisions and also overseas.

• PC skills (MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
