This role is responsible for the financials for the Customer and Partner Support Service (CPSS) organization at a large successful global software company. The CPSS is solely responsible for building and managing comprehensive support offerings for customers and partners for products and services.

In this position you will:

• Synthesize business insights for weekly, monthly and quarterly financial analyses
• Coordinate financial support within or across teams, subsidiaries or regions
• Evaluate key business metrics trends (CPH, MPI, CPI..etc) and risks, then present proactive recommendations to senior management
• Drive timely reporting and analysis as it relates to flash updates, business reviews, CFO forecasts, target-setting, mid-year review, and budget and business plan reviews
• Seek improvements in key business processes, especially those that require cross group participation

Basic Requirements:

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 8 years work experience and demonstrated performance in creation/execution of financial and business models.
• Must possess strong accounting skills, and have advanced PC skills using Excel and Powerpoint.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, outstanding customer service orientation.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives.
• Detailed oriented & thorough, with ability to think “big picture” and understand the key trends and levers that drive the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the following tools is highly desirable: Mercury Bilingual in Japanese and English MBA preferred
