Finance Advisor

Assist management in developing proper pricing set in solution deals. Working closely with ASG, ICS team to support their needs from a financial point of view.
Perform periodical outlook and engage the forecast of solution area.
Highlighting the significant variances and issues noted, proposal to overcome the gate stoppers and strategies to achieve the committed targets.
Understand the market and assist the Business/Financial
Management in identifying business opportunities and risks.
Influence the Management in calling out an accurate weekly/ and quarterly forecasts.
Assist and challenge management in developing an accurate / substantiated forecasted target.
Perform monthly actual tracking and variance analysis, highlight significant variances and issues noted with proposed actions / strategies to ensure that there is no surprise at the closing period.
Perform ad hoc expenditure analysis to identify control issues with recommended process improvement and controls.
Minimum 3years of related (FP&A) experience Japanese and English (business level)
IT solution industry / product knowledge or experience
Strong in Microsoft Excel and experience in Hyperion & Oracle
University degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
