Job Summary

In this position, you will be tasked with managing the entire recruitment cycle for Leadership Searches, across various sectors and industries in India. Your primary objective will be to build a robust and diverse candidate pool to ensure successful closures for each role. You will also support the Search Lead by effectively communicating with clients and participating in business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in the gamut of activities that support the effective closure of a role, including Research, Candidate Engagement and Client Management
  • Understand client talent needs in the Leadership role across all aspects - competency, personality & culture fit.
  • Research for target industries and companies in depth to identify and reach out to executives who match the role specs.
  • Screen candidates to identify their fitment, assess personality, and develop the right candidates
  • Have detailed discussions with candidates on the opportunity thereby creating interest in the role, and build relationships with the key candidates.
  • Active support to the search lead in Evaluation of candidates and creation of Candidate Shortlist Reports
  • Work persistently towards filling the role with the right candidates
  • Hand-holding candidates throughout the interview process, and pre and post joining.
  • Communicate with the client as required about the search progress, through systematic and regular update reports.
  • Manage client–candidate coordination for interviews, offers and other aspects.
  • Support the Search Lead on Business Development efforts as required.

Is that you?

  • Graduate degree with 3-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in leadership roles.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses a genuine curiosity about business and talent acquisition trends.
  • Continuously seeks learning opportunities and stays abreast of industry developments.
  • Hungry to learn with a can-do attitude.
