    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Executive to join us at Boyd & Moore Intelligence Centre. As an Audit Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in our recruitment processes. Your responsibilities will include generating comprehensive compliance reports, conducting meticulous audits based on pre-defined parameters, and communicating findings to consultants. Your proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, including macro-building techniques, will be essential for generating efficient and accurate reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining data trackers of audit tasks, following up with consultants on pending actions, and creating new reports as per requests.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with expertise in macro-building techniques.

    • Previous experience in a reporting or audit team, preferably within the recruitment industry.

    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective consultant communication.

    • Strong typing skills and familiarity with keyboard shortcuts for efficient data handling.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly within an MNC setting.

    • Exceptional analytical skills for problem-solving and finding effective solutions.

    • At least 1.5 years of work experience in an audit/MIS role, with prior exposure to handling large amounts of Excel data.

    • Basic awareness of reporting periods, importance, and purposes.

    • Quick adaptability to pick up new processes and build audit reports around process loopholes.

    In the Indian market, being a “people person” is crucial for an Audit Executive in a recruitment firm. This includes:

    • Building positive and professional relationships with consultants and colleagues.

    • Demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.

    • Being proactive and diligent in following up with consultants on pending actions and records.

    • Managing reporting deadlines with a calm and composed attitude, even under pressure.

    • Leveraging your experience in the recruitment industry to understand the nuances of the processes and ensure accurate audit reports.
