Boyd & Moore Executive Search (BMES) announced today that Jo Smith, former Managing Director of Lee Hecht Harrison Singapore, has joined recently as VP of Strategic Solutions.
Smith, who was selected for this role due to his strong track record in strategic sales and business growth, complex solution design and global account management, will be tasked with designing and building new value-add services beyond BMES’ already existing talent and leadership solutions portfolio.

Throughout his career, Smith followed his passion for people development. Before becoming Managing Director in Singapore Smith lead LHH’s UK Sales function, and served as SVP Global Sales, supporting clients with their organisational transformation and leadership development objectives in London, EMEA and beyond. Prior to that he worked in the public sector managing development programs for youth in need.
