Initiate contact, assess, and evaluate talent as per the client requirement thereby converting passive job seekers into active candidates.
Shortlist candidates according to the Job Requirement by calling the competitors.
Look up for candidates on LI as per Job Requirement.
Assist Talent Development specialist/Consultant by giving them the candidate fit for the role.
Need strong research skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
You will be closely working together with Consultants in Japan, Singapore, China or India and support them with identifying and engaging candidates for their Executive Search Business.
Connecting with C level candidates, Understanding scope of recruitment at an international level, close follow up & scheduling appointments.
