Roles and Responsibilities 

    • Initiate contact, assess, and evaluate talent as per the client requirement thereby converting passive job seekers into active candidates.

    • Shortlist candidates according to the Job Requirement by calling the competitors.

    • Look up for candidates on LI as per Job Requirement.

    • Assist Talent Development specialist/Consultant by giving them the candidate fit for the role.

    • Need strong research skills.

      Desired Candidate Profile

    • You will be closely working together with Consultants in Japan, Singapore, China or India and support them with identifying and engaging candidates for their Executive Search Business.

    • Connecting with C level candidates, Understanding scope of recruitment at an international level, close follow up & scheduling appointments.
