Your tasks and responsibilities

You will be closely working together with Consultants in Japan, Singapore, China or India and support them with identifying and engaging candidates for their Executive Search Business.

This role includes contacting candidates in order to find out if they’re interested in new opportunities and the specific role you are working on as well as gathering general information about them and their current career status. In addition, you may also be following up with interested candidates to prepare them for the next step in the application process.
