Alice started as a Researcher, working closely with consultants in Japan. She gained experience in market research and managed projects across various industries, developing a strong understanding of top talent. Her curiosity and drive led to new challenges and growth. Today, she works as a Senior Talent Scout in the Commerce Team, a role that highlights her dedication and expertise.

Over the past decade, Alice has navigated both challenges and achievements with resilience. A standout moment was successfully closing a highly complex executive search that had remained open for more than a year. The constant learning, the amazing relationships with consultants and teammates, and the freedom to spread my wings and grow. She adds with a smile: “My manager, my team, my coffee buddies, my partners in deadline chaos… everyone brings something unique, and together we make magic happen. We work hard, sure—but we laugh hard too. And those little moments of teamwork and camaraderie? They make the big wins even sweeter."
