Summary of Process

1. Fill out this form completely and click ‘Submit’. You will also receive a copy by e-mail.
2. Brief support team on a Skype call. Team will then start creating Target Company List.
3. Review Target Company List and provide feedback within 2 working days. BH & LI candidate searches will then begin.
4. The candidates from BH search results will be added to the job and you will be notified by e-mail with summary. Calling work can then begin.
5. Review LI profiles and provide within 2 working days. Approved profiles will be added to the job.
6. You will receive a copy of the workshare weekly indicating which days and who will be supporting with calling. You will receive results summarized on e-mail on the days you receive call support. Respond to those with your feedback.
7. If search parameters change or otherwise need additional sourcing, resubmit this form with updated info
