Japan Head Placed for Networking Company

Our consulting team has successfully placed a new Country Manager for a networking company that had been a Japanese industry leader during the early 2000s. The candidate will spearhead the company’s revitalization in Japan, positioning their new product line and repairing their reputation as they re-enter the market.

Our team was given ten days to shortlist appropriate candidates and have them meet with the Client’s Asia Pac VP of Sales during his trip to Japan. In addition to the time limit, we had to overcome lingering negativity surrounding the company’s brand from a hardware mishap with one of their largest Japanese clients from many years before.

Despite the hurdles, we shortlisted three interested CM-level candidates who possessed the required managerial experience, hands on sales record, and the gravitas to sell to CxO level staff. The Client was particularly pleased with BMES’ ability to deliver three matching candidates in such a short time period.

The new Country Manager has a strong sales and managerial background most recently having worked as GM of Global Enterprise Sales for a major international networking company.
