A Decade of Evolution at BMES

Kedar’s journey with BMES began through a friend’s recommendation and his own research into the company’s culture and opportunities. What started as a promising role quickly turned into a decade-long career.

Kedar started at BMES as an MIS Executive, eager to put his analytical skills to work. At first, he tackled performance reports, managed call recordings, and maintained key trackers—quickly proving his ability to navigate complex data. Consequently, the steep learning curve only fuelled his determination. As his confidence grew, so did his impact.

Over time, he stepped into bigger responsibilities, troubleshooting operational challenges and refining key metrics that supported our Japan Consultants. His expertise earned him a promotion to Subject Matter Expert, where he helped shape reporting structures and streamline processes to boost efficiency.

Now, a decade in, he plays a vital role in leading MIS functions, ensuring our data-driven insights continue to evolve. His dedication has not only strengthened our operations but also helped drive smarter decision-making across the business.

Growing with the Right People and Opportunities

One of the defining aspects of Kedar’s experience at BMES has been the strong sense of teamwork and support. Having worked closely with colleagues and team members for over seven years, he values the knowledge-sharing, problem-solving, and camaraderie that have made his work fulfilling.
