Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager who can manage and implement all of Boyd & Moore's Marketing activities.

About the Role 

In this position you will be owning the company’s marketing activities, including creating and managing the company’s marketing strategy, managing the marketing budget as well as implementing concrete marketing activities. That’s why this role requires not only strategic oversight but also hands-on marketing skills such as writing, digital savviness, analytical skills and an eye for on-brand design.  


  • Establish and manage the company’s marketing strategy 
  • Manage the company’s marketing budget  
  • Manage and improve the company’s website (SEO, technical performance, analytics etc.) 
  • Create compelling thought-leadership content e.g. articles, whitepapers, newsletters  
  • Own all activities related to the 20th anniversary, including event planning, merchandise, client communication, campaigns  
  • Plan and conduct digital marketing campaigns e.g. LinkedIn advertising  
  • Manage the company’s social media and other accounts, incl. LinkedIn, Google My Business 
  • Conduct marketing training for newcomers  
  • Support the company’s PR, charity and sponsorship activities   
  • Support business partners with co-creating collaterals and content 
  • Manage the company’s proposal creation process 
  • Support the sales process by creating high-quality sales materials e.g. pitch decks, presentations 

Is this you? 

Must have 

  • Fluent to native English skills 
  • Excellent writing skills (English) 
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing  
  • Solid experience with WordPress + Elementor & Divi, Google Analytics, Search Console, Mailchimp and other martech 
  • You’re quite tech-savvy and can easily adjust to technology you haven’t used before 
  • You’re extremely organized and able to establish, optimize and drive your own processes 
  • You can independently manage a variety of projects and tasks and flexible adjust to new challenges and needs  
  • You have a keen eye for details striving to achieve high quality output in all areas including design, writing, branding etc. 

Nice to have 

  • Japanese fluent  
  • Fluent in PowerPoint being able to create polished, on-brand presentations and pitches quickly and independently  
  • Design background  
  • Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop 
  • Photography skills  
  • Branding / brand management experience
