The Client, a global leader in oil and lubricant additives, needed a new Country Sales Manager to take charge of their Japanese accounts and several new ones resulting from recent mergers. Despite being an internationally recognized brand, the Client has little market presence in Japan when compared to their competitors.
The Client was looking for candidates who could implement a high-touch sales approach with an understanding of the very domestic nature of their clients and who would raise the company’s brand-awareness to in line with their international reputation.
Our consulting team put forward several candidates with successful experience strategically growing core customers in Japan while driving and initiating new programs to Japanese OEM and Suppliers across the globe. The placed candidate will run the Client’s Driveline and Engine Oils Segment.
