      Maria is a leadership & change coach with a broad professional background and deep knowledge of systemic psychodynamic approaches to executive leadership coaching and consulting.

      Her coaching competencies are complemented by years of leadership experience as the head of HR for Asia-Pacific, Africa, Middle East, and Eastern Europe regions.

      As a member of the regional boards, she led the human resources strategy, talent development, and operations functions in the automotive, mobility, and financial services sectors. Her expertise expands into HR business partnering, talent management, employer branding, talent acquisition, and digital learning.
