    Roles and Responsibilities

     

    • Initiate contact, assess and evaluate talent as per the client requirement thereby converting passive job seekers into active candidates

    • Responsible for searching and screening candidates for a variety of positions in multiple locations and industries

    • Build, grow, and manage an assigned candidate pool, preparing candidates for further procedures

    • Submit the qualified and well-screened candidates to the Senior Recruiters for reviews and feedback

    • You will be closely working together with Consultants in Japan, Singapore, China or India and support them with identifying and engaging candidates for their Executive Search Business

    • Connecting with C level candidates, Understanding scope of recruitment at an international level, close follow up & scheduling appointments

    Requirements

    • Interest in managing international candidates and clients
    • If you are highly motivated, driven, energetic, and have a fierce competitive spirit, then this is the best place for you
    • Neutral accent, controlled rate of speech preferred
    • Quick learner and willingness to work within a matrix organization
    • Proactive and polite
