Talent Development Specialist
Roles and Responsibilities
Initiate contact, assess and evaluate talent as per the client requirement thereby converting passive job seekers into active candidates
Responsible for searching and screening candidates for a variety of positions in multiple locations and industries
Build, grow, and manage an assigned candidate pool, preparing candidates for further procedures
Submit the qualified and well-screened candidates to the Senior Recruiters for reviews and feedback
You will be closely working together with Consultants in Japan, Singapore, China or India and support them with identifying and engaging candidates for their Executive Search Business
Connecting with C level candidates, Understanding scope of recruitment at an international level, close follow up & scheduling appointments
Requirements
- Interest in managing international candidates and clients
- If you are highly motivated, driven, energetic, and have a fierce competitive spirit, then this is the best place for you
- Neutral accent, controlled rate of speech preferred
- Quick learner and willingness to work within a matrix organization
- Proactive and polite
- Outstanding listening skills
- Good convincing skills
- Ability to multitask and work on a set of projects simultaneously
