TechnoPro, Japan’s largest engineering staffing firm, generates $1 billion in revenue and employs over 13,000 engineers across the industrial, manufacturing, automotive, and technology sectors. After extensive discussions between BMES’ founders and TechnoPro’s executive team, both sides identified strong synergies that will drive mutual growth.
BMES will maintain its brand and operational independence, specializing in Executive Search, market intelligence, and international recruitment expertise. This acquisition strengthens TechnoPro’s presence in the Asia-Pacific region, with BMES actively expanding its support to a broader client base. Additionally, TechnoPro enhances BMES’s growth by driving the expansion of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Contract & Interim Talent solutions within Japan.
