     Roles and Responsibilities

    • Source profiles of top-level candidates in key geographies in Asia, across APAC or globally for retained searches with well-known MNC clients, using LinkedIn, job portals, referencing, etc.
    • Understanding Job Requirements and source profiles from Job Portals
    • Preparing Client’s business and mapping the industry
    • Prepare Company reports across various domains.
    • Researching and identifying potential candidates: You’ll use a variety of tools and techniques to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
    • Screening and evaluating candidates: You’ll review resumes and other candidate information to determine if they have the necessary skills and experience for a particular role.
    • Building candidate pipelines: You’ll maintain a database of potential candidates, tracking their qualifications and maintaining communication with them to keep them engaged and interested in future opportunities.
    • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers: You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent needs and provide them with a steady stream of qualified candidates.
    • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends: You’ll stay informed about trends and developments in the industry to ensure that you are using the most effective tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.
